Do we use this in a humidifier do we pour it In the humidifier container

You can use it in a humidifier or diffuser. Since all humidifiers and diffusers are different, it is hard to give great instructions.
If your humidifier is small you could put a few drops in the water basin, depending on the humidifier container and filters and whether the oils would cause problems there.
Personally, I soak a cotton ball in the essential oil - and place it in front of the humidifier output so that the humid air is pushed near the cotton ball and then into the room air. The humid air helps distribute the essential oil into the air. This works well for me.
