                Relieving and Soothing

I added 15 drops of Copaiba Balsam to some petroleum jelly. I then applied it to my ankles, toes, right shoulder, and underneath my neck. It helped relieve my coughing and I could take really deep breaths.

                Love This Oil

I use it for joint pain and mix it with water for a antibacterial spray that I carry in my purse for after I shop. Makes me feel like my hands are much cleaner and the smell is nice.

                Love this oil

I bought this oil because it was described as good for your skin. It shrinks the skin and can also help with scars. It does just that. I had surgery on the top of my nI re due to Basil cell carcinoma. I used a cream I purchased from the Doctor who did the surgery but it does not work as well as Copaiba. This oil has a nice smell and I enjoy doing business with Earthroma. Very good company.
                Thank you.

                Ask a Question
                • Is it goodafter surgery on the skin dealing with inflammation

                  Hi Judy,

Thanks for your question! Please test a small drop on your skin before applying in larger amounts. Please also do your own research to decide what is best for you. I'm not a doctor and can't make recommendations for others.

I can tell you that I apply Copaiba straight to my skin. I occasionally get a pain around my thumb area- too many years typing I'm guessing. Some kind of arthritis or something (undiagnosed). I keep a bottle of Copaiba at my desk and apply it neat/straight to the skin. It really helps! But this is just what I do.

I would think Copaiba would be helpful after surgery to help with pain management on unbroken skin.

For imflammation you might try Vetiver or Fir Needle:

                • Can it be used--in small amount--right from the bottle--onto the skin ?
