    So medicinal

    • I just ordered this and was hoping to use it to gargle or inhale in a nasal diffuser or even use topically but the warning label states for external use only. Do not use directly on the skin and keep away from eyes and mucus membranes. This website states its food grade and suggested uses such as gargling with water.

      Yes, the labels on all of our oils say for external use only. It is up to each customer/user whether you feel safe ingesting essential oils. We are not doctors and because of safety guidelines we can not advise on internal use. Many people feel comfortable ingesting essential oils and gargling them as suggested. 

      All the facts on our website about this product are true. Please do your own research and make your own decisions on what is best for you.

      In general similar benefits can be attained from applying topically to the throat and inhaling as gargling with the essential oil would- if you have any reservations.
